[Abstract]
Background: Colorectal cancer (CRC) is one of the frequent malignant tumor in our country. It?s ordinal cause of death located from fourth to sixth of malignant tumour. Furthermore its inception rate submit ascensus tendency year by year. At present, the key point of cutting down the case fatality rate and death rate of CRC is early diagnosis and judgement effectually the progression and evaluation prognostic. Determination of tumor marker is one of the most simplest and sensitivest diagnose way.LN has became many medical wokers?investigative object. It will be a new tumor marker. Simultaneously, the study for LN in blood serum and texture?s expression and its clinical significance are deep step by step. Recently, newly born tumor vessel?s effect is shown solicitude for the effluence, development, diversion and infiltration on tumor increasingly, furthermore, it has became a big hot spot . The study oncogenes of CRC is benefit to deepen on the recognition of its happening and development, more and more scholars have became this point.Objective:To utilize RIA research LN in blood serum of 75 patients, approach the feasibility as CRC maker.Through comparison perioperatively LN blood-serum?s content, study modus operandi for its influence, meanwhile, approach the value of LN in blood-serum.Utilize immunohistochemistry to study CD105 and CD44v6?s expression in CRC tissue and the relationship with biological behaviour of CRC, to know CRC in many ways and im any point of view.Methods: Deploy RIA to determine LN in CRC?s blood-serum and tissue homogenate. Studying the expression of CD105 and CD44v6 in the cancer focus tissue and distant tissue with the method of immunity classing SP.Results:(1) LN blood-serum?s content of CRC is higher than that in benign lesion class and normal control(P0.05). (2)LN blood-serum?s content in DukesC?D group is higher than that in DukesA?B group(P0.05) in nocencepatient. (4) LN in cancer tissue is higher than the normal(P0.05).(7) In carcinoma and normal colorectal tissue, the positive expression rate of CD44V6 is 68%and34% respectively, and the variance is significant (p0.05), but the positive expression of CD44v6 in tissue of large intestinal carcinoma has close correlation with the extent of partial nodular transfer (p
