She's back! Former "Saturday Night Live" cast member turned movie star Kristen Wiig makes her highly anticipated return to the comedy show this weekend, and NBC has released a taste of the laughs to come.
In a series of promos featuring the week's host as well, as cast member Fred Armisen, the actress' absence from the show is addressed. (She left in May 2012.)
"Kristen, you're back!" Armisen says happily before slapping his former co-star. "Don't you ever leave like that again! You scared me!"
In other teasers, Wiig reprises characters such as Jump-Roping Rhonda and the mean vegetarian, and even busts out some dance moves. Check it out:
Vampire Weekend are the musical guests this week. "Saturday Night Live" airs at 11:30 p.m. Saturdays on NBC.
